Manual chasing starts when a promising visitor submits a form, opens an email or becomes a new contact in Adaptix. By the time someone notices the activity and sends a message, the prospect may have moved on. A Zap can respond to a new form entry with an SMS, giving your team a quicker way to acknowledge a request or explain the next step.

Adaptix can also report a new contact, an updated contact and a contact points change. These events can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS for personal follow-up, or Send SMS to List when a sales group needs to know that a lead has reached a useful stage. The connection is made through Zapier, so it can pass the contact details and relevant activity into the message. It is not a native two-way contact sync. Adaptix remains the source of the marketing activity, while Mobile Message handles the text communication your customer or team can see.
