A customer signs up in your Adalo app while your team is serving someone else. Instead of relying on staff to notice the new record, you can use Zapier to pass that event to Mobile Message. A New Record trigger can send a welcome SMS, confirm the next step, or provide a useful instruction while the customer is still engaged with your app.

Adalo can also trigger a Zap when an existing record is modified. That makes Updated Record useful for messages about a changed appointment, status, or customer detail held in your collection. Mobile Message can send SMS, send SMS to a list, or create a contact from information captured in Adalo. The action you choose depends on whether the person already exists in your Mobile Message account.

The connection gives your no-code app a practical text channel without building an SMS feature into Adalo. Your Adalo event starts the Zap and Mobile Message completes the communication. It is a one-directional workflow, not a two-way database sync.
