Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with ActiveCampaign!

A marketing team sees a new contact, a campaign link click or an unsubscribe and needs the right mobile response without manually checking campaign activity. ActiveCampaign can trigger a Zap when a New Contact, New Campaign Link Click or New Campaign Unsubscribe event occurs. Mobile Message can send an SMS, add a contact to a list or record an unsubscribe.

This connection helps teams put selected ActiveCampaign events in front of customers and staff through plain text. A new contact can receive a welcome message, while a campaign click can prompt a sales follow-up. When a contact unsubscribes from an email campaign, Add Unsubscribe can help apply the corresponding Mobile Message opt-out action. An inbound SMS can also create or update an ActiveCampaign contact, add a note or start a tracked event.

These workflows are configured in Zapier and remain one-directional for each Zap. They do not promise a complete marketing database sync. Instead, you choose the campaign, contact or message event that should produce a specific Mobile Message action or ActiveCampaign record.

Can ActiveCampaign send an SMS to a new contact?

Yes. New Contact can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action. Map the contact's mobile number and selected details to send a plain text welcome or next-step message.

Can an ActiveCampaign unsubscribe update Mobile Message?

New Campaign Unsubscribe can trigger Mobile Message's Add Unsubscribe action. This lets the Zap apply an SMS opt-out when the selected contact unsubscribes from an ActiveCampaign campaign.

How do I connect ActiveCampaign campaigns to Mobile Message?
