Zuddl SMS Integration

A person who registers for a Zuddl webinar gets a text confirming their spot instead of relying purely on an email that might land in spam, and by the time the event starts they already know their attendance is locked in. That end result comes from connecting Zuddl to Mobile Message through Zapier, so registration, attendance and status events inside Zuddl can each fire off a text message without anyone in the events team sending it by hand.

When someone completes the New Registration trigger by signing up, the Zap can text them a confirmation straight away. Once Zuddl records that a registrant actually attended, through the Attendee Information trigger, a follow-up text can go out the same day rather than in a mass email weeks later. A change in New Registrant Status, such as moving from waitlisted to confirmed, can trigger its own text too, so people always know where they stand.
