Attendees are filing into registration and your phone won't stop with questions about parking, session times and where the coffee is. Zoho Backstage tracks every new event, order and attendee automatically, but none of that data reaches a phone unless someone builds the message by hand. A team running events through it can hand off the busywork to Mobile Message through Zapier, so instead of chasing people down for details, the texts go out on their own.

When a new attendee registers, a confirmation SMS with the event details can land in their pocket straight away. As tickets are purchased through a new order, a receipt style message follows, and once someone checks in on the day a welcome text with the schedule can go out without anyone at the desk lifting a finger. Attendee checkins get logged in Backstage anyway, so the texts simply ride along with data that's already being captured, keeping people informed while the organisers focus on running the event itself.
