The available Get Workspaces event is a workspace lookup, not a customer conversation trigger, so it is not used as the start of an SMS workflow.

The connection is a configured Zap rather than a native integration or two-way sync. It does not send an automatic reply to the person who texted. Instead, it helps a team turn an inbound plain text message into a record that staff can review in Zocra.ai.
