Through Zapier, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can start Zocra.ai's Create Record With AI (Experimental) action. The incoming text can be passed into the action for processing, subject to the fields and workspace setup available in Zocra.ai. Zocra.ai also offers Create Record on Pulze for a direct record creation path. The available Get Workspaces event is a workspace lookup, not a customer conversation trigger, so it is not used as the start of an SMS workflow.
The connection is a configured Zap rather than a native integration or two-way sync. It does not send an automatic reply to the person who texted. Instead, it helps a team turn an inbound plain text message into a record that staff can review in Zocra.ai.
