A response can sit in a Zigpoll report while someone manually decides who should follow up, which makes useful feedback slower to act on. Zigpoll’s New Survey Response trigger removes that chase by starting a Zap when a response is collected. Mobile Message can then send an SMS to a staff member, customer or selected list with the result that needs attention.

This is helpful for post-purchase feedback, NPS responses and exit surveys. A low score can prompt a personal follow-up, while positive feedback can notify a team member to acknowledge it. You can also create a contact from the response when the submission includes a suitable mobile number.

Zigpoll’s Send SMS Invitation action is not required for this workflow because the Mobile Message action sends the resulting text.
