A decision engine is only useful the moment it actually runs, taking in the data at hand and returning a clear answer instead of a person having to weigh it up manually while a customer waits. ZeroTrain's Run Decision action does exactly that, evaluating structured data against rule based models and returning the selected action along with a confidence score and a trace of how it got there.

Linked to Mobile Message through Zapier, that evaluation can start from either side of a conversation without anyone having to trigger it by hand. A customer texting your business can trigger Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received event, which hands the reply to ZeroTrain so Run Decision can work out what should happen next with a traceable confidence score attached. A Delivery Status Updated event, such as a text failing to reach someone, can do the same, letting ZeroTrain decide on a fallback action rather than leaving that call to whoever next opens the account.
