zeroheight SMS Integration

A product team may publish a new zeroheight styleguide version while developers, support staff and stakeholders are working in different places. Styleguide Released can start a Zapier workflow that sends a Mobile Message SMS to the people who need to know. Page Status Updated offers another useful event for a specific documentation change.

This gives a team a visible alert without asking everyone to keep checking the design system hub. A release can prompt an internal text with the version and review instruction, while a page status change can notify the responsible person that documentation needs attention. Mobile Message can also create a contact or add a recipient to a list when a phone number is available in the event data.

zeroheight has an action for Update Page Status, so an inbound SMS could update a page when your process has a clear mapping and the required page information. Each workflow is configured in Zapier and runs in one direction. Separate accounts are required, and this connection does not automatically synchronise styleguide records.
