Styleguide Released can start a Zapier workflow that sends a Mobile Message SMS to the people who need to know. Page Status Updated offers another useful event for a specific documentation change.

This gives a team a visible alert without asking everyone to keep checking the design system hub. A release can prompt an internal text with the version and review instruction, while a page status change can notify the responsible person that documentation needs attention. Mobile Message can also create a contact or add a recipient to a list when a phone number is available in the event data.
