Through Zapier, New Scout Update can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS, Create Contact, or Add Contact to List. Yutori’s Run Browsing Task and Run Research Task actions can also be started by an inbound SMS when a text contains a suitable task request. The result actions, Get Research Task Result and Get Browsing Task Result, can return current task information for later steps in a Zap.
The most direct setup is a scheduled scout followed by an SMS alert. A research workflow may suit teams that receive requests by text and already have a process for handling returned task details. Yutori performs the web work, while Mobile Message sends or receives the SMS through Zapier. The services do not maintain a shared record automatically.
