This suits service teams that use yourang.ai for appointments and customer interactions but still want important call outcomes visible by text. A completed call event can notify a team member to review the details, send a callback instruction to the caller or direct them towards the next step available in the call data. If the call creates a contact, yourang.ai’s Create Contact action can also be run from Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received event, placing a texting person into your organisation.

The connection does not keep contacts or conversations synchronised. Each Zap has one trigger and one action, with Zapier passing mapped fields between yourang.ai and Mobile Message.
