A person submits a Wufoo form and the response can sit in a spreadsheet or inbox until someone follows it up. With Zapier, Wufoo can immediately pass a new entry to Mobile Message, so your team can acknowledge the submission, confirm an appointment request or send a clear next step by SMS. This is especially useful for forms used outside staffed hours.

Wufoo offers New Subscription Entry, New Entry and New Entry (poll) triggers. The instant webhook version, New Entry, can deliver the quickest response when configured correctly, while the polling version checks periodically. These events can connect to Mobile Message's Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List actions. A form response can therefore create a contact and send a confirmation, or place an existing person on a relevant list.

Wufoo's Create Entry actions work in the other direction when Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received event starts a Zap, although the form fields must be available for a complete entry. The connection is built in Zapier, with each workflow running one way rather than synchronising both systems automatically.
