When an attendee is created or changed in Weezevent, the event team may need to send practical information quickly. A Zapier workflow can use New Transaction to trigger a Mobile Message SMS with arrival guidance, timing or a reminder to keep the ticket details available. This helps organisers respond at the moment attendee information enters the event system.

New Event can also start a message for an internal team, such as a reminder to prepare registration staff or publish event information. If a separate process receives a customer text, Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received event can trigger Weezevent’s Add New Attendee action when the required event and attendee fields are available. That gives staff a way to turn an SMS contact into an attendee record, rather than retyping it.

The connection works through Zapier and leaves ticketing and SMS responsibilities in their respective platforms. It is not a native integration or an automatic two-way sync. Build the message around the specific event, attendee or action that should be noticed.
