When a LinkedIn connection accepts your request, the opportunity can quickly get buried among other conversations and campaign activity. WaLead gives sales teams useful signals such as Connection Request Accepted, Message Received, Lead Tagged as Interested and Lead Tagged as Meeting Booked. Sending those events into Mobile Message through Zapier lets you follow up while the context is still fresh, without asking someone to watch the WaLead inbox all day.

A Connection Request Accepted event can send a brief SMS asking the prospect to choose a suitable time. A lead tagged as interested can trigger a more direct message, while Lead Tagged as Meeting Booked can send a confirmation or preparation note. Campaign Completed can also alert a team member by text when outreach needs review. Each Zap is a focused, one-directional workflow, so you choose the event, message and recipient details that suit your sales process. Mobile Message can send the SMS, and inbound replies can start a separate Zap when a prospect texts back. This gives your team a practical way to act on WaLead signals without treating the two platforms as a shared database.

You can also use Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger to pass a prospect's reply into WaLead's Get One Conversation action, where the conversation can be reviewed in context. That workflow is useful when sales staff need a record in WaLead after a text response, although it does not create a two-way synchronised inbox.
