A Connection Request Accepted event can send a brief SMS asking the prospect to choose a suitable time. A lead tagged as interested can trigger a more direct message, while Lead Tagged as Meeting Booked can send a confirmation or preparation note. Campaign Completed can also alert a team member by text when outreach needs review. Each Zap is a focused, one-directional workflow, so you choose the event, message and recipient details that suit your sales process. Mobile Message can send the SMS, and inbound replies can start a separate Zap when a prospect texts back.
