A customer completes a waiver at your venue, on a tablet or through your website, and the next step often needs to happen straight away. With WaiverFile and Mobile Message connected through Zapier, a newly collected waiver can trigger an SMS confirming receipt or explaining what the customer should do before arriving. Your team can respond while the interaction is still fresh.

A New Waiver event can send a tailored message using the customer details available in the waiver. New Event can also send an SMS to staff or attendees when an event is created. If your process needs a record in WaiverFile after another event, its Create Event action can be started by an inbound SMS received in Mobile Message, giving you a practical response path for text-based requests.

Each Zap is a one-directional automation. You choose the WaiverFile event or the Mobile Message inbound event, then select the action on the other side. This does not create a live two-way sync. It gives your venue a clear way to acknowledge completed waivers, share event information and keep customer communication moving.
