Voog SMS Integration

An online shop can receive an order payment failure while the customer is still waiting for a successful checkout, yet the team may not see the warning straight away. Voog supplies Order Payment Failed, Order Created, Order Paid, Order Shipped and Order Cancelled events to Zapier, so Mobile Message can send a plain text SMS when a customer or staff member needs an update.

Order Payment Failed can prompt a helpful payment follow-up, while Order Paid can confirm that checkout succeeded. Order Shipped can carry a dispatch notification, and Order Cancelled can explain that the order is no longer proceeding. New Form Submission can also alert a team member about a website enquiry. Voog has no actions in the supplied list, so the useful direction is from Voog into Mobile Message.

Zapier provides the no-code setup. Choose the Voog event, map the available order or form fields and select the Mobile Message action. Both accounts are needed, and the connection does not create a two-way commerce sync. Each Zap runs only when its selected trigger fires, with messages limited to plain text and the information supplied by Voog.
