About the VideoDB integration

A video finishes processing while your production team is working on the next edit. VideoDB can trigger Zapier when an AI-generated video is created or a new uploaded video has been indexed, allowing Mobile Message to send an SMS to a producer, client, or reviewer. This makes a completed workflow visible without requiring someone to keep checking VideoDB.

A message can confirm that a video is ready for review and include a mapped link or project reference where your workflow provides one. New Video Uploaded & Indexed can also create a Mobile Message contact or add someone to a list when a customer or collaborator enters the video process. Mobile Message delivery status can separately start VideoDB actions such as Check Job Status, where that action suits a status-check workflow.

VideoDB remains responsible for video processing, while Mobile Message handles plain text alerts. Zapier passes the selected fields between the chosen trigger and action. It does not synchronise video records, clips, transcripts, or media between the services.
