A deployment finishes while your development team is away from its workstation. Vercel can tell a Zap when a new deployment or project is created, and Mobile Message can send a short SMS alert to the person responsible. That gives important release activity a direct notification route rather than relying only on a dashboard.

New Deployment can trigger Send SMS with the project name, deployment status or review instruction where those fields are available. New Project can also send a message to a developer or manager when a new project needs attention. Either event can create a Mobile Message contact or add a person to a list if the Vercel data includes suitable contact details, although an SMS alert is usually the most direct result.

Vercel's Create Deployment and Create Project actions can be started by a Mobile Message inbound SMS, but that is only sensible when the incoming text contains the deployment or project information required by your process. These are Zapier workflows, not a native integration or two-way sync. Test the mapped values before using alerts for production releases.
