About the Vast.ai integration
An invoice alert can flag a new billing row, while an instance status alert can tell an operator that a machine has changed state. Mobile Message can Send SMS or Send SMS to List, so urgent information can reach one operator or an on-call group. Vast.ai also offers actions for managing instances, but those actions do not make Mobile Message control the infrastructure. The useful direction here is from Vast.ai events to SMS.
