Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Vapi!

A new call is created in Vapi while a customer or prospect is waiting for the next step. Vapi can trigger a Zap whenever a new call appears, allowing Mobile Message to send a plain text follow-up or internal notification. New Assistant and New File can also mark operational changes that a team may want to know about by SMS.

This connection suits teams using voice agents alongside SMS. A call event can prompt a text confirming that someone will follow up, or alert a staff member when a call has been created. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can start a Vapi Create Call action, making it possible to place an outbound call after a customer texts your Mobile Message number. That workflow requires the Vapi assistant and call details to be configured correctly. It does not mean Vapi and Mobile Message share a live conversation or call history. Each Zap is a one-way route between one event and one action. Configure the paths in Zapier with both accounts, test phone numbers carefully, and make sure your message and calling process respects customer consent.
