A participant has completed an AI voice survey, and the research team needs the result visible before deciding who should be contacted next. User Intuition's Completed Call trigger can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, giving a coordinator a prompt that the study call is finished. It can also provide a simple follow-up message to the participant when appropriate.

User Intuition can send invitations through its Invite Participant action. An inbound SMS received by Mobile Message can trigger that action, allowing a text response to become the point at which a participant receives a study invitation. These are separate one-way automations, so the setup does not create a live exchange of survey and SMS data. The connection runs through Zapier and uses the fields available in each step. Keep the SMS plain text and include only the study details the recipient needs.
