A reply comes in from a customer and someone still has to turn that message into a voice line for a training clip, an on hold message or a customer service script before anyone else can use it. Doing that by hand means pulling the text out of the phone, opening a separate voice tool, picking a voice model and waiting for the audio to render before the file goes anywhere else.
