Twilio Segment SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Twilio Segment!

Customers get a more timely response when important activity collected by Twilio Segment can trigger a practical SMS action. A new event sent to a Zapier Actions destination can prompt Mobile Message to send an SMS, create a contact, or add someone to a list. This lets an event become a visible customer or staff message rather than remaining only in a data platform.

Twilio Segment can also receive an event from an inbound SMS through Mobile Message. In that workflow, a customer texts your Mobile Message number and the Zap sends an event to Segment with the sender or message details you choose. This can help your team record text activity alongside other customer events, without suggesting that all customer data is synchronised between the services.

The connection works through Zapier and is built as separate one-directional workflows. New Event is the only Twilio Segment trigger supplied here, while Send SMS, Create Contact and Send Event are useful actions on either side. Select the event fields that matter, decide whether the outcome should be a customer message, a contact record or an event, then test with representative data before turning the Zap on.

A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.
Please view Zapier's pricing page for further information.
