Event teams often spend the last hours before a registration checking guest details, copying phone numbers and preparing confirmations. TktPlz by Dreamcast can provide a New Guest event to Zapier as soon as someone registers, so Mobile Message can send a plain text SMS without another manual list check.

A registration message can acknowledge the guest, share arrival instructions or point them towards the next event step. Updated Guest can also trigger a message when contact information or registration data changes. If another system needs a guest record, TktPlz’s Create Guest action can be started by a Mobile Message inbound text, although that is only sensible when the reply contains the information needed for registration. The most direct use is event activity into SMS.

Zapier provides the no-code connection between TktPlz by Dreamcast and Mobile Message. Choose the guest event, map the available fields and select the Mobile Message action. Both accounts are needed, and the workflow performs the chosen action when its selected event occurs rather than synchronising the two platforms.
