Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with TitleTrackr!
Through Zapier, TitleTrackr events can start Mobile Message Send SMS. Order Status Changed can notify a searcher when an order reaches a selected status, while New Abstract Created can alert the person responsible for review. New Order Abstract Assigned can also tell an operator that work has been allocated. These workflows suit title searchers, abstractors, typists, and teams coordinating property documentation.
TitleTrackr’s listed action attaches a document to an order, so it can be used when a Mobile Message event needs to create a visible document step. Inbound SMS Received can trigger Attach Document to Order only where the required file and order data are available from the Zap. The connection runs through separate one-way Zaps, and it does not send SMS attachments or imply document synchronisation.

Yes. Order Status Changed can start a Zap using Mobile Message Send SMS. The message can include the order information and selected status so the recipient knows which item needs attention.
