Can Tingg Insights text someone after a response is submitted?
Yes. Use Tingg Insights' Response Submitted trigger with Mobile Message's Send SMS action. The Zap can send an acknowledgement using the respondent's mobile number and selected response details.
Can I announce a newly available Tingg survey by SMS?
Yes. Product Availability Changed can start a Zap using Send SMS to List. This allows a prepared announcement to go to a Mobile Message list when the product becomes available.
What accounts are needed for Tingg Insights SMS automation?
You need Tingg Insights, Mobile Message and Zapier accounts. Zapier provides the setup without code. Select a Tingg trigger, choose a Mobile Message action, map the available fields and test before publishing.
