About the Tchatix integration

A customer clicks Output after an AI conversation in Tchatix, and your team needs the result in front of the right person. A Zap can carry that Conversation Output into Mobile Message, so a useful follow-up reaches a customer or colleague while the context is still fresh. This is a practical way to turn an AI response into a text message rather than leaving someone to copy and paste it.

You can send an SMS containing the conversation result, or send SMS to a Mobile Message list when the output belongs to a wider group. Tchatix can also Upload Document, but that action adds a document to its Datastore and does not create a customer-facing SMS on its own. The connection runs through Zapier, with Tchatix and Mobile Message accounts needed to build and run the workflow.
