Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Taqtics!

Taqtics provides events for New Action Point Event, Process Event and New Ticket Event, so important operational activity can prompt a direct SMS through Mobile Message.

A new ticket event can alert a store manager to a customer or maintenance issue. A process event can notify a supervisor that a required submission has arrived, while an action point event can text the person responsible when work is raised or updated. Taqtics also has actions such as Create User and Create Ticket.
