When a guest is added to an event's guestlist, Mobile Message can text them an invite confirmation, and once a checkin is completed at the door, the same setup can text a confirmation back so the guest knows they are logged in without asking staff to check.

A new contact created in Sweap can also be added to Mobile Message as a contact, so the person is ready to receive texts before the event even starts. The connection runs the other way too, a reply to one of your texts can update that guest's record in Sweap, so a question asked by SMS shows up against their profile rather than sitting unseen in a separate inbox.
