SVAHNAR SMS Integration

An AI agent sends a request to SVAHNAR and expects the next operational step to happen quickly. Without a notification, a person may not know that an agent has asked for attention, approval or follow-up. SVAHNAR's New Request event can start a Zap that uses Mobile Message to send a plain-text SMS to the right person or team.

This is useful when an agent request needs a human response outside the SVAHNAR workspace. Mobile Message can send an individual SMS, send SMS to a list, create a contact, update a contact, or add a contact to a list. A request could therefore produce a direct alert, notify an operational group, or record a recipient for later communication. The available SVAHNAR list contains a trigger and no actions, so the useful pattern is notification from the platform rather than an attempted write-back.

The workflow is built through Zapier and is deliberately event based. It does not mean SVAHNAR and Mobile Message maintain a native two-way connection. You need accounts with both services and can choose the fields that should appear in each SMS. Testing the Zap first helps confirm that the agent request reaches the intended recipient.
