When a customer texts in, that message can run a query in Super across everything you have indexed, and the answer comes back ready to send as an SMS reply. A new form response can do the same thing before you ever pick up the phone. Super is not updating any of those tools or syncing data back, it only searches what is already indexed so the reply has something accurate behind it.

Yes. Once a customer texts in a question through Inbound SMS Received, that message can run a query in Super across your indexed company tools, and the answer Super finds can go straight back out as an SMS reply through Mobile Message.
Can a form response make Super look something up before I text someone?
Yes. A new Google Forms response or Typeform entry can run a query in Super first, and Mobile Message can text the respondent the answer without anyone searching through your tools by hand to find it.
How do I connect Super's search to Mobile Message texting?
Both connect through Zapier without writing any code. You will need an active Super account and a Mobile Message account, then build a Zap that links one of Super's actions to a Mobile Message trigger or action.
