For teams managing agreements, the useful next step may be an SMS notification that signing is ready, an update when the status changes or a contact record for future communication. Without that prompt, staff may check envelope activity manually and recipients may overlook the email request. Zapier can connect Subnoto events with Mobile Message actions.

New Envelope can send a plain text notification or create a Mobile Message contact. Envelope Status Changed can send an update when an envelope is sent, completed or declined, using the status supplied by Subnoto. You can also use an inbound Mobile Message text to create or update a contact in Subnoto, where the available information and your process make that useful.

This connection does not send the document or signed proof as an SMS, and it does not replace Subnoto's signing controls. It gives your team a defined alert or record action through Zapier. Select the event, map the recipient details and test the wording before enabling the workflow.
