Starbridge SMS Integration

You are reviewing a fresh Starbridge row after an RFP, contract review or contact-data run. The result may be useful immediately, but a colleague can miss it if the team relies on someone opening the bridge and passing the information on. A Zapier workflow can watch for a New Row or Updated Row event and send the relevant result to Mobile Message.

Mobile Message can send an SMS to a responsible team member, create a contact, or add a person to a list. That gives procurement, sales and contract teams a direct alert when Starbridge produces a new record or changes an existing one. A message can point the recipient to the record or highlight a deadline using the data Starbridge provides. The connection is made through Zapier, rather than being a native Starbridge feature.

This is particularly useful for time-sensitive contract work. A new row can notify an account owner that a result is ready, while an updated row can prompt a review of changed information. Mobile Message's Delivery Status Updated trigger can also start a separate workflow for delivery handling, but it does not make Starbridge and Mobile Message synchronise their records.
