A visitor submits a form on your WordPress site while you are handling the work that brought them there. Later, someone checks the form inbox, copies the phone number and starts a separate follow-up. Staatic can provide a New Form Submission event, so Zapier can pass the response to Mobile Message at the point it arrives.

Send an SMS that confirms receipt, provides a next step or invites the visitor to reply. You can also create a Mobile Message contact from the submission, giving the team a record to check when the conversation continues. Staatic also has a Create Form Submission action, which can be useful when information from another Zap needs to be written into a Staatic form record. This connection is made through Zapier, where you select the event, map the fields and test the result.
