SpotDraft SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with SpotDraft!

A contract is executed, but the people responsible for onboarding, delivery or follow-up may not see the update straight away. SpotDraft keeps contract work organised, yet manual checking can leave an important milestone waiting in someone’s task queue. A Zapier connection to Mobile Message can send a timely alert when contract activity occurs.

Contract Created can notify a team that a new agreement needs attention. Contract Executed can send a customer or internal contact a confirmation, while Contract Metadata Updated can alert staff that an important contract detail has changed. Mobile Message can send an SMS, send an SMS to a list, create a contact or update a contact.

You can also use Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger to start SpotDraft’s Create User Task action when a text contains a suitable request for follow-up. These are separate workflows with one trigger and one action each. They do not create a shared contract database, and the fields required by SpotDraft must be mapped in Zapier.

Yes. Contract Executed can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. Use the contract and contact fields available in SpotDraft to send a confirmation or notify the person responsible for the next step.

Can an inbound SMS create a SpotDraft task?

Yes. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can start SpotDraft’s Create User Task action. The incoming information must be mapped to the task fields SpotDraft requires for the task to be useful.
