Spondyr can notify Mobile Message through Zapier, allowing a short SMS to mark the next step.

Spondyr Processed is the available event. Pair it with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action to alert a colleague when a Spondyr has finished processing and correspondence has been generated. The message can identify the recipient, template or reference supplied by Spondyr, so the team knows which item to check. You can also use the event for a customer notification where the workflow and consent support that purpose.

Spondyr’s Create Spondyr action can be started by Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received event when a text should request a new correspondence item and the necessary Spondyr fields are available. This is a focused workflow rather than a live two-way sync. Keep message content brief and leave the full correspondence in Spondyr for review.

Yes, where the inbound message provides the information required by Spondyr’s Create Spondyr action. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received event starts the Zap, and Zapier maps the text and other available fields into the request.

What is needed to connect Spondyr and Mobile Message?
