About the Soul Machines integration

A customer finishes speaking with a Soul Machines agent, but the next useful contact can easily be missed once the video conversation ends. With Zapier, the Interaction Completed trigger can start Mobile Message and send a concise SMS while the outcome is still relevant. That gives the customer a clear next step without asking staff to monitor every completed interaction.

You can use the completed interaction to send a confirmation, a follow-up instruction, or a request for a reply. Mobile Message's Send SMS action is suited to an individual recipient, while Send SMS to List can notify a selected group when an internal team needs visibility. Soul Machines also offers Create an Interaction, but that action starts another agent interaction rather than sending a text directly.
