Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Soul Machines!
You can use the completed interaction to send a confirmation, a follow-up instruction, or a request for a reply. Mobile Message's Send SMS action is suited to an individual recipient, while Send SMS to List can notify a selected group when an internal team needs visibility. Soul Machines also offers Create an Interaction, but that action starts another agent interaction rather than sending a text directly.
