SecureGive SMS Integration

A new donation or member update should reach the right person promptly, whether that means thanking a giver or notifying a team member. SecureGive's New Transaction trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier, while New/Update Member can create or update a contact for future communication. This gives churches a consistent way to acknowledge activity without relying on a manual export.

Mobile Message supports Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact, Update Contact, and Add Contact to List. A transaction can send a plain-text thank-you, and a member event can update contact details or place someone in a relevant list. SecureGive provides triggers only in the supplied lists, so the workflow sends SecureGive events into Mobile Message rather than writing SMS results back.

Choose the message carefully and only use the information available in the SecureGive event. Zapier lets you decide which event starts each workflow and which Mobile Message action follows it. Delivery Status Updated can be used separately for delivery-driven workflows where another available action makes sense.
