About the Ryvet integration

A prospect starts a Ryvet chat or submits a contact form, but the team may not notice the new conversation until later. That delay can turn a warm lead into a missed follow-up. Ryvet's New Lead and New Chat triggers can start a Zap through Zapier and pass the captured details to Mobile Message.

Mobile Message can send an SMS to the lead, create a contact or add that person to a list. A prompt acknowledgement can confirm that the message was received, set expectations for a response or direct the person to a next step. The SMS can use the name, phone number and other fields supplied by Ryvet, so the reply feels relevant rather than generic. This connection is made with Zapier and is not a native two-way integration.

If a lead replies to the text, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can begin a separate workflow for handling the response. The two systems do not automatically synchronise. Keep the first message concise and ensure your Ryvet form or chat explains any intended SMS follow-up.
