A survey response arrives while the team is collecting feedback, qualifying a lead or checking how a service performed. Rowform makes conversational forms that encourage people to complete a response, but a submitted form can still wait for someone to review it. Its New Form Response trigger can pass that moment to Mobile Message for a prompt SMS.

Send a thank-you message after a response, notify a team member that feedback needs attention, or invite the respondent to take a next step. You can also send responses to a Mobile Message list when several staff members need visibility. The wording and recipient can be selected in Zapier using the information supplied by Rowform.

This workflow is one-way. Rowform starts the Zap when someone submits a response, and Mobile Message sends the SMS. It does not create a native two-way connection or automatically update the Rowform record. Choose the response trigger, map the available fields and test the message before turning it on. Both accounts and Zapier are required, with no coding.
