Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Rival!

Research participants are more likely to take part when invitations and follow-ups arrive at the right moment. Rival can tell Zapier when a participant is added, when a distribution message is delivered or when a participant provides a new question response. Mobile Message can then send a plain-text SMS that points the participant towards the next research step.

A completed chat response can trigger a thank-you message, while a participant who declines an invitation can be added to an unsubscribe list. You can also respond to a failed distribution message being queued, although the message should explain how the participant can get help rather than assume the original delivery succeeded.

Mobile Message connects to Rival through Zapier. Each workflow uses one Rival event and one Mobile Message action, so you can decide which participant moments deserve an SMS. The result is a practical communication layer for research teams that already manage participant profiles, distribution plans and chat participation in Rival.
