Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with RevDesk!

RevDesk can tell you when a lead replies, a contact is created, a call ends, or an appointment is booked. Those events are especially useful when a sales team needs to act immediately. A new appointment can trigger a confirmation SMS, while a completed call can send a short follow-up through Mobile Message with the next step captured in RevDesk.

Zapier lets RevDesk start Mobile Message actions such as Send SMS, Create Contact, and Add Contact to List. A new contact can be stored in Mobile Message, a completed follow-up workflow can add a person to a suitable list, and a new appointment can send a plain text reminder or confirmation. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can also start RevDesk actions. For instance, a customer’s text can start a RevDesk workflow, send an SMS through RevDesk, or make an AI phone call when that is the selected business process. Each automation has one trigger and one action. The connection is not a native two-way sync, and SMS remains text only. Use the fields available from each event, check consent and message timing, then test the Zap before relying on it for customer communication.
