People who run forms and data collection tools often need to acknowledge a submission before the team has reviewed every response. Respondi App can provide a New Submission event to Zapier, giving Mobile Message a clear starting point for an SMS confirmation, internal alert or next-step message. This is useful when a submitted form should prompt action rather than sit unseen in a dashboard.

Use New Submission with Send SMS to acknowledge the person who submitted the form, provided the submission includes a suitable mobile number. You can instead pair it with Send SMS to List to alert a sales, service or administration group. The message can include selected response fields, but should remain short and avoid exposing information that belongs in the form system.

Respondi App has no listed actions, so the workflow runs from a submission into Mobile Message. It does not update the form record or provide a native two-way connection. The setup takes place through Zapier, where you map response fields, add any filters and test with a representative submission before activating the Zap.
