Yes. New 3rd-Party Review and New 1st-Party Review can each trigger a Zap. Mobile Message’s Send SMS action can alert a team member and include the review information that ReputationStacker makes available to Zapier.

Can an inbound Mobile Message text create a ReputationStacker contact?

Yes. Inbound SMS Received can start a Zap, and ReputationStacker’s Create Contact action can add the sender as a contact. The fields available from the inbound message must be mapped to the contact fields supported by ReputationStacker.

What is needed to start using ReputationStacker with Mobile Message?
