A Zapier Block Reached event can pass that moment to Mobile Message, so your team can send a plain text SMS while the conversation context is still fresh. This is useful for service businesses, sales teams, and support operators who need a prompt handover from an AI-powered chatbot to a human follow-up process.

Use the Zapier connection to turn a reached block into Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact, or Add Contact to List. You can text a visitor using the details collected in the conversation, create a contact for later campaigns, or place a new prospect on an appropriate Mobile Message list. Release0 supplies the trigger, while Mobile Message performs the selected action. The setup does not create a native two-way connection or synchronise records. It gives a specific chatbot moment a practical next step, helping your team follow up without checking every conversation manually.
