About the Rekindle integration

Rekindle can identify that moment through Customer Needs Attention, yet an alert inside another platform may not reach the person responsible quickly enough. A Zapier workflow can turn the Rekindle event into a Mobile Message SMS for a timely reminder.

Customer Returned provides another useful signal, allowing Mobile Message to send a welcome-back message or notify the relevant operator.
