New Transcription Ready fires when the full transcript is available. New Summary Ready fires when Recolx has finished its AI analysis, including key points and action items. Either event can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS, Send SMS to List, or Create Contact, depending on the workflow you need. For example, a team can text a consultant that a meeting summary is ready, notify a project list when action items are available, or create a contact from information supplied by the completed transcription event. The Zap passes selected data between the apps, rather than creating a native two-way connection.
