Recolx SMS Integration

Teams often finish a recorded meeting, call, or interview and still have to chase the transcript before anyone can act. That delay makes it harder to share decisions while the conversation is fresh. Recolx can remove the manual notification step by starting a Zap when its processing is complete, so Mobile Message can send a plain-text update to the people who need it.

New Transcription Ready fires when the full transcript is available. New Summary Ready fires when Recolx has finished its AI analysis, including key points and action items. Either event can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS, Send SMS to List, or Create Contact, depending on the workflow you need. For example, a team can text a consultant that a meeting summary is ready, notify a project list when action items are available, or create a contact from information supplied by the completed transcription event. The Zap passes selected data between the apps, rather than creating a native two-way connection. Recolx continues to hold the transcript and summary, while Mobile Message handles the SMS or contact step.
