Can Reap text a client when a project is created?
Yes. Use New Project as the Reap trigger and Send SMS in Mobile Message. The Zap can use available project and contact fields to tell the client that work has started or that a review is ready.
Can Reap transcription or captions be sent by SMS?
The listed Reap actions create transcriptions and captions, but they do not provide a direct Mobile Message action. A Reap upload or project trigger can send an SMS, using any suitable fields available in that workflow.
What do I need to connect Reap and Mobile Message?
Use Zapier to select Reap as the trigger app and Mobile Message as the action app. You need both accounts, and Zapier’s setup screens handle authentication and field mapping without code.
