Quicksearch SMS Integration

Once a customer has texted your business, the natural next step for a lot of CX teams is understanding how that interaction went, and that only works if the person is actually sitting inside Quicksearch as a recipient rather than stuck in a phone's message thread where no survey or follow up can reach them, and every hour that passes before that happens is an hour the feedback loses its relevance to what actually happened.

Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can pass that text straight to Quicksearch's Send Recipient to Quicksearch action, so anyone who reaches out by SMS is added as a recipient without someone on your team manually keying in their details afterwards. From there, whatever experience program or feedback flow runs inside Quicksearch takes over on its own. It won't run the survey or score the experience itself, that's Quicksearch's job from that point on, but it does make sure the recipient list matches who has actually been in touch rather than who happened to fill in a form.
