Quick Extract SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Quick Extract!

An invoice comes in from Xero, or a form response arrives with a scanned ID attached, and somewhere in that document sits the one number or name a workflow actually needs. Quick Extract's whole job is turning that image or PDF into structured JSON the moment it lands, so nothing further down the Zap has to guess at what the document says. That is true whether the source is an accounting system, a form, or a photo taken on a phone.

On its own, Quick Extract does not send anything, it sits between whatever produced the document and whatever needs to act on the result. Paired with Mobile Message through Zapier, that extracted data becomes a text message, an overdue invoice figure pulled out by Extract Document Data can go straight into Mobile Message's Send SMS action, so the customer gets a plain text with their actual balance rather than a generic nudge.

The same pattern works for a form response that includes an uploaded document, Quick Extract reads the relevant fields and Mobile Message texts the person back with a confirmation built from what was actually submitted. Nobody opens the file to check it manually first. Because the data going into Mobile Message is already structured, the customer sees a number or a name rather than a link to a file they have to open themselves.

A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.

Quick Extract + SMS: common questions

Can Quick Extract text someone once it has pulled data from a document?

Not directly. Quick Extract's Extract Document Data action reads the file, and that structured data can then be passed to Mobile Message's Send SMS action inside the same Zap, so the text carries the real figures from the document.

Does Quick Extract work with Xero invoices for SMS reminders?

Yes, as the middle step. An overdue invoice from Xero can trigger Quick Extract to read the document, and Mobile Message then sends the customer a text built from whatever amount and date were extracted.

What is needed to chain a document trigger through Quick Extract into a text message?

A Zapier account connected to Quick Extract, Mobile Message, and whichever app supplies the document works, with the trigger, action, and action set out in one Zap and no coding involved to build it.
